Q · 01 How many stores can I create?
Each account can create up to 5 stores. The Free plan covers a single store; Premium opens it up to all five, handy if you run more than one location or concept.
Q · 02 What are AI-generated dish videos?
Upload one photo of a dish and we generate a short cinematic video of that same dish. It plays automatically on your public menu. No filming, no studio kit, no extra hardware.
Q · 03 Will the AI video actually look like my dish?
Yes. The video starts from the exact photo you upload, so it stays faithful to the real food. Our goal is to present your actual dish in its best light, not invent something else. We use the strongest video models available today and upgrade as better ones ship.
Q · 04 What file formats do you support?
Standard image files for dish photos (we resize to 400px wide for fast loading). Videos are AI-generated from those photos and hosted by us, so you never need to upload a video file.
Q · 05 How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions live in your App Store account. On iOS: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then The Lazy Potato, then Cancel Subscription. You keep premium access until the end of the billing period.
Q · 06 Can I import my menu in bulk?
Snap a photo of your existing paper or PDF menu and we read every item, description, category, and price for you. No CSVs, no manual data entry.
Q · 07 How do QR codes work?
Every menu gets a unique URL like thelazypotato.com/m/your-slug. We hand you a QR for that URL: print it, stick it on tables, and guests open the menu on their own phones. No app required for diners.

Yes. Storage runs on AWS with industry-standard controls and everything in transit is encrypted. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
