By accessing and using The Lazy Potato application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
§ 02Description of Service
The Lazy Potato is a digital menu platform that allows restaurant owners and food businesses to create, manage, and share digital menus with their customers. Our service includes menu creation tools, QR code generation, and file storage capabilities.
§ 03User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
§ 04User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or share through the Service. You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
§ 05Service Limitations
We reserve the right to:
- Limit the number of stores per user account (currently 5 stores maximum)
- Set file size and type restrictions for uploads
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
§ 06Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nirav Gandhi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.
§ 07Third-Party Services
Our Service may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to:
- Cloud storage providers (AWS S3) for file storage
- AI and machine learning services for future features
Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
§ 09Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
§ 10Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Lazy Potato, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
§ 11Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
§ 12Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
